Accommodations in Lake Havasu for the Boat Show/Desert Storm week gets tight very quickly. I've heard that the Nautical Beachfront Resort is sold out which isn't a surprise. If you're still looking, try the London Bridge Resort, the Heat, or the Islander -- all three near the hub of the activity. Or you can go to the Boat Show website, http://www.lakehavasuboatshow.com and click on "Do/Eat/Stay" for a list of hotels and motels in the immediate area. You might also want to consider renting a house for the week which might be more economical -- most major real estate agents in town (Keller Williams, Coldwell Banker, REMax Properties, etc.) all deal in short term rentals. Guaranteed, it's worth the trip!

If you're curious about who will be exhibiting at the 2013 Lake Havasu Boat Show, April 19-21, a partial/working list of exhibitors has been posted on the boat show website at http://lakehavasuboatshow.com/index....bitor-listing/ Definitely shaping up as another great boat show, especially for high performance boats and equipment. Everybody is invited -- please attend if you can.
