What's up with the finish on the Staying Alive boat? It looks flat, almost like a vinyl wrap.

Busy day today, had some issues to deal with in our booth so I didn't get out as much as I would have liked.. A few pics from EARLY in the day, snuck back in and got a few more later.. Merc is hiding something under wraps in a couple booths, looks like a modified Bravo hanging out the bottom. Curious to see what it is tomorrow..
Weird, not one Fountain or Donzi ![]() Cummins powered, nice drives! DSCN0943.jpg DSCN0946.jpg DSCN0944.jpg DSCN0949.jpg DSCN0948.jpg |

Cigarette hath thrown down with that 5 outboard monster. DAYUM.
And as much as I LOVE the 38 TG, and the paint the red+white one is wearing, why put 90mph on it....? The GTM sled looks really nice too. Waiting on more. Impatiently as always.

Only 1100HP? LOL- that is amazing!! 1100HP and not even the top dog offering!
Is that Brad Smith Power? Quote:
I think there were like 5 of them made back in the early 90's. The Top Gun 90 MPH not only sounds like something straight out of Miami Vice but looks like it, too. The Top Gun 90 MPH is being built by the Cigarette Racing Team, a Miami boat company. The Top Gun, company officials claim, is the first production boat capable of cruising at 90 mph. The boat is powered by a pair of 825-horsepower aluminum engines. The 38-foot Top Gun 90 MPH seats six, has a fully cushioned sundeck race hatch and a host of standard amenities above deck. Below deck, the Top Gun 90 MPH features a leather interior, icebox, sink, freshwater tank and bathroom. ''She's as sleek as a jet fighter's wing,'' said Cigarette president Robert G. Gowens. Each Top Gun 90 MPH is made to order and comes with a guarantee that the boat will exceed 90 mph. Buyers also are invited to an all-expense paid weekend at the factory for a two-day course in operating a high-speed, high-performance speedboat. The course is supervised by Craig Barrie, a world-class driver and throttleman on the offshore racing circuit. Interested? For a mere $350,000 you can have the fastest boat in the neighborhood. http://articles.orlandosentinel.com/...mph-miami-boat |
