I'm gonna follow this.... been thinking of looking around for a place down that way & what better way to learn the area than by boat with a group of locals....

Do you know the Date? I've done the 1000 Island Poker run every August for almost 20 years.... August 17 - 18 this year? I would love to see lake Norman from the water!
