The White family home from 1908. They were a a lumbering family from town that were very successful in their day. The house is up the street from the dealership. It was ready to be knocked down. With the help of our Mainstreet Programs they were able to get some grants and restore the house. It will be having a open house this week. I posted this on the Boyne Thunder page just to show the cool improvements that they help do in this town. I know some people question what Boyne Mainstreet is when they see the name with Boyne Thunder. The house will offer apartments for people over the age of 55 with low income.
