Poker Runners, I know everyone has been waiting on information about the Friday Fun Run. Here is some exciting news. Mark and Nancy Tuck has been gracious enough to host a party at their home. Additionally, the Poker Run committee has been gracious enough to fund the party to be catered. We are taking the fun run to the next level!!!!!!
Here is what we are asking of the participants. We need a head count from each boat that wants to attend. Please respond with a head count so we can get a number to the caterer. The last thing we want to do is run out of food and sent someone back to the dock hungry!!!!!
Mark and Nancy's home is just about the same mileage from Waterside as Smithfield Station. It's on a very calm, very protected waterway. There will be plenty of docking available. We will use Marks dock as well as his neighbors. We will be rafting off each dock. Please make sure you have bumpers and lines ready when you enter the canal.
We will muster up outside of Waterside at 11, and head to the party.
Bring a cooler with your favorite beverage.
