so do we.. and boat straps and hydraulic level, everything.. the one thing you cant hardly check (while the trailer is ON it) is that you have the right size ball... We shoulda double checked to make sure we had the right size hitch. The trucks owner had been using it to pull a 2'' hitch trailer during the week. Not his fault in the least! this was out side of tupelo on that new highway. we hit a huge rollercoaster section on a bridge transition. it was so rough it spilled our drinks in the AIR RIDE CAB and when the boat hit it, it levered the front of the trailer UP and off the ball.. when it came back down, it hit the ball and then dug nose first into the two week old, hot pavement..
