Boyne Thunder Poker Run Opens Registration

Capped at 120 boats, the Boyne Thunder Poker Run opened registration this morning, https://www.speedonthewater.com/boyn...-registration/

I do not get involved with the registration. But as most people know I do the street show as one of my events. I do not want to open up a discussion on FB. But, I'm open to thoughts on how I can conduct the Street Show safely this year. If you try to TELL anyone what to do, they will eat me up. Suggest masks and stay 6 ft apart?? My first real thought is to use the grocery store policy, put arrows up and keep on side of the street going east, and the other side only going west? Just starting to put thoughts together for the BT Board meeting.

I watched what went on. Then I looked for anything about the people who attended for the weeks following the event. If anyone got sick, they did a good job covering it up. I never found anything about it. I think it proves alcohol helps to kill germs?:dunno Maybe I can hand out free shots of tequila on the night of the street show?

Does that mean you're gonna keep all the rum for yourself?

8 days of bars, restaurants, swimming pools, street party, redheads party, caption ron's. They were all packed :rock. Actually I'd say the redheads party in the garages was slower then previous years. Made it easier to get a beer there vs waiting in line for 20 mins. People were all up at the new pool on top of the hill and inside bar. No china virus that I heard about.

Then again Missouri and Michigan have different governors:wall_smiley:

I verified they have not sold out yet. Getting close, but Kelsey said there is still a few spots left.
