Agenda for toys 4 toys tour
8;00AM registration opens
10;00 AM gather on the docks to prep for lunch run
10;30 AM briefing on lunch run
10;45 AM push off on lunch run
5-7 Pm patio meet and greet
7;30 Pm dinner then party your butt off with some of the greatest guys and girls on the river.Party at half throttle as Saturday is the BIG day.
Saturday Dec 6
8;00 AM Registration desk opens
10;00 AM Briefing in the main hall of the Crystal Cove resort
11;30 AM start the Toy Run
the flotilla will run from the bridge in Palatka to the City Dock in Welaka, where the US marines will collect your toys and gifts.
??;30 Lunch at the Anderson's lodge
Live entertainment and a great lunch** will be the feature , and a whole lot of tall stories of boating adventures between friends.
8;30 PM Dinner banquet** at the Crystal Cove resort . With a Birthday toast and cake** to celebrate everyone B-day in December . Then party and dance all evening long. RaceBoat Rus turns 55. The evening will feature great food and drinks and festivities at full throttle fun. Live music and we will dance because we still can.
Sunday morning if you can find your way to dinning room come share a re energizing breakfast with your new friends

Thinking we might tow the boat with our motorhome and stay in it once we arrive. It is self contained. Do you know if there would be parking available to accomadate a motorhome?

mr heavy hauler we spoke with the hotel and yest they can accommodated your motor home , just ask Ms Whitney at the Crystal Cove . 386 325 1055 . Are you sure you want to stay in a motor home. it will be brutally cold as low as the mid 60s at night and in the low 70s mid day brrr

Toys 4 Tots is an awesome event and just keeps getting better every year.

The Crystal Cove resort and Three Banana's will be rocking again this year! The river is still awesome warm and great for swimming. Keep up the good work Rus, the power boaters, local merchants, law enforcement and especially the children who truly benefit from this event all thank you for all your hard work.

For those who are first timers or for those who are veterans of this event, it is a fantastic weekend at a fraction of the cost of other events. . . and above all its for a truly GREAT CAUSE, Toys 4 Tots !

As I mentioned there are things forth coming for the Toys tour . I just got off the phone with Bill of the JAX poker run . He and his crew have stepped up to provide some great snacks and hors-d`oeuvre for the meet and greet on friday . This is getting better all the time

yes ther will be a toys run. the same location in PALATKA at crystal cove resort. the date is now on the DEC 10 weekend , I am sorry for the delay as I have been in the hospital and also lost me 99 year old mther most rescently. but the event is on full sticks forward with great meals drinks and parties with best guests in the boaty game...
