Lake Hartwell SC/GA Memorial Day
 

Anything going on on Hartwell since the Meals on Wheels Poker Run was canceled due to the low water threat? Lake will be up to 656' by then.

I went by the lake last week it looks good. Locals say its 5 feet with'in full looks lower to me but I am not a local.

655.32 this AM. Full pool is 660'. Hartwell has a rim of bare bank from wave action even at full pool.

greenwood was down all year last year for the first time i can remember. But it is full now and has been sence March :rock

Any news if this will be on this year? Lake is full and ready to go compared to the last 2 yrs.

We went the to lake hartwell gold poker run in 07 (maybe 06) and it was a great time. I would like to see it happen again.

We Are Working With Meels On Wheels Now To Have A Poker Run On Lake Hartwell. The Dates Are Friday 11 Of June With A Pre Register Party At Bull Feather Bar And Grill And The Poker Run Saturday The 12 Of June. There Will Be A Banquet At The Galley Resturant Following The Poker Run. I Will Post The Web Site To Pre Register And All The Details When We Have It Finished.

is that not the same weekend as Jacksonville ,nope i just looked it is the next weekend

that is great to hear......... we have always had fun going down there for a day trip........................ its good that it is the weekend after Jacksonville too so you dont have to worry about breaking anything just a week b4 going to FLA.

Not going to make that one. Weekend after Jacksonville makes it hard on the wallet.

Any of you Charlotte guys thinking of going to Lake Hartwell for the run in June? I'm planning on pulling down there (my wife already signed my kitchen pass!) and I know of one other LKN guy considering it. It would be nice to get 5-6 boats to go down with from our area.

I'm sure we will go. Its close, Cheap, laid back, Usually a lot of boats to look at.

We usually do this run, but haven't decided for sure yet. Nice to see it on a weekend other than Memorial Day.


Just not sure about the 3 weekends traveling in a row.

3 weekends are nothing for you 2......... you are the professional poker runners.

Are you going to Jacksonville or is the NY run the same weekend again ?

Thinking about staying with my father for the week after Thunder on the Bay.
