For Saturday I got you a vest to help identify the Marshall boats in front of the channel. Will need to make sure you get a flag also, Pete is helping me with that.

Chamber just called. Someone there making a formal complaint about the noise Boyne Thunder makes. Give me a Ucking break! From now on I will just ask the tree hugging dorks to give our charities 100k and we will shut it down. Then we will call it a fun run and make more noise!!!!!!!

Same thing happened here for a while. It ended the Poker Run. Note:no dry pipes or unmuffled boats allowed anyway as per our rules.

However, they still have and promote and the towns love'm the antique boat races which all run open headers....most are totally dry car type headers to boot.

98% of the people in town are behind us, they respect it for the money raised for a great cause. They may not like our boats, but put up with us. A couple weeks ago a local put on the Boyne Thunder page -I hope it rains on Boyne Thunder. I do not know the lady. People I talked to said she is not a nice person.

Please inform this person to meet me at the marina 10 am poker run friday and I will personally provide them with 10 pair of home depots best foamy earplugs free of charge.
