John great job on the pics , thanks for posting . No we are not doing JOJ this year just have a lot on my plate. I have not even had time to go get my boat yet from winter storage i hope i can this weekend but not sure that is going to happen.

We are on the edge also. Busy with Moms health problems and house stuff. The AT has been out just 3 times this season so far. Headed to the marina tomorrow to finish hooking up the steering and trim rams to the drive, had to pull that off to check a noise I had. We'll see how things go.

The pictures were taken with my beat up Canon point and shoot! I love that little camera. See ya soon. Tell everybody we said Hi.!

Thanks for the kind words John and pics of the sausage fest on my boat :rollsmile The good news is Jetmech has his engine rebuilt and running again one week later and is ready for JOTJ. How amazing is that? What an animal that one is... Here's what jetmech looked like the day he popped his engine... :overreaction:overreaction:

So what did they find wrong with your drive John?

Great pics, I'm jealous!

I hope to be on a regular boating schedule in the next couple of weeks.

Said that all looked ok inside, oil was clean and green. So they replaced the seal and gave it back to me. I'm going to head back dowwn tomorrow and finish it up and run it. Are you around this weekend? If I still hear the noise I'm going to have to have another set of ears listen.

Bob is an animal! Tore it down had all the repairs done before saturday morning! Didn't get the parts til thursday! And in the midst of all his work he had time to stop by the marina and give me a hand on the 500EFI I was working on. Good people down on the bay!

Thanks Buddy ! You saved the day for us ... ran the boat 90 plus miles yesterday ... all seems normal ... air/fuel tune a little rich up to 4200 rpm ... still have to straight arm it for a final checkout . Diamond Performance (Bill) stopped by to help install the repaired engine ... Thanks Bill !

awesome pictures, looks like the water was nice and calm.

you guys are the only people i've ever seen go off plane under that bridge. normally its 50mph under that. I always slow down, but being on a ski im scared i'll get run over :overreaction

R'Addiction 06-28-2011 10:36 PM

We usually don't come off plane we did it for the poker run. A group of boats all coming at the bridge at once can get a bit hairy.
