Ambusher, there's a guy on E-bay selling frame + accessories to build a barstool. If I had known this I would not have cut/ destroyed a good go kart frame. If you want the the details I will link it to you.

I hope this works, the above is a complete frame, add a motor, clutch & you are basically there.

Here's the final product. Took forever to complete. I sent the motor out for a little "work" not too much. About 10hp on the crank, with the gearing I have she'll run around 45mph. The acceleration is pretty good. Not very stable at the higher speeds:booze1:
